Biological Activity for GGsTop

GGsTop is a selective, irreversible γ-glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT) inhibitor; displays no inhibitory effects on glutamine amidotransferases or asparagine synthetase. Suppresses oxidative stress by inhibiting GGT activation. Prevents ischemia/reperfusion-induced acute kidney injury in rats in vivo.
