Submit ReviewG10 is an activator of STING-dependent signaling; exhibits no direct binding affinity for STING. Stimulates IRF-3-induced transcription and induces IFNα and IFNγ gene expression in human fibroblasts. Exhibits no effect on NF-κB signaling. Blocks viral replication in vitro.
