Biological Activity for c-Di-AMP sodium salt

c-Di-AMP sodium salt is an endogenous STING and DDX41 agonist; mediates DDX41-STING interaction. Activates STING-dependent IFN-β production in mouse and human cells. Also A2A inverse agonist. Selectively induces apoptosis of monocytes in human PBMC cultures and in NSG mice transplanted with human CD34+ cells.

This product is sold in units of 702μg, equivalent to 1μmol.

Induction of type I IFNs with c-di-AMP in different cell lines.
By Anonymous on 08/19/2019
Species: Human

Induction of type I IFNs with c-di-AMP was studied in a variety ofcell lines. The human monocytic cell line THP-1 has been shown to expressall the CDSs4-6 with the exception of DAI.

Make sure to resuspend c-di-AMP and stimulate cells with 1-100 mg/ml c-di-AMP for 16-48 hours.

Monitor induction of type I IFNs by measuring the levels of IRF-induced Lucia luciferase in the cell culture supernatant
