Pathways for Everolimus

mTOR Signaling Pathway

mTOR Signaling Pathway

mTOR is a serine/threonine kinase that nucleates at multiprotein complexes mTORC1 and mTORC2. Signaling by these complexes regulates cell growth, proliferation and survival.
