生物活性 for ChromaLIVE™ Non-Toxic Dye

ChromaLIVE™ Non-Toxic Dye is a ready-to-use fluorescent probe for long term high content phenotypic screening of live cells. It allows live cell phenotypic imaging with a single dye enabling multi-organelle phenotypic readout to accurately differentiate cellular phenotypes stress and cell death pathways. Excitation and emission maxima (λ) are 488 nM and 561 nM, respectively. ChromaLIVE™ Non-Toxic Dye is provided as 10 μL of 1000x concentrate in DMSO.
