生物活性 for P32/98

Selective, reversible competitive dipeptidyl peptidase IV (DP IV) inhibitor (Ki = 130 nM). Inhibits degradation of GIP and GLP-1, enhancing insulin secretion. Improves glucose tolerance, insulin sensitivity and b-cell glucose responsiveness in diabetic fatty rats following oral administration.
