生物活性 for 5-InoAz

5-InoAz is a metabolic probe for labeling the mycobacterium cell envelope. Specifically designed as an inositol analog to incorportate into cell envelope glycolipids (phosphatidylinositol mannoside (PIM), PIM-anchored lipomannan (LM) and lipoarabinomannan (LAM)). In combination with bioorthogonal chemistry, it provides a valuable tool for investigating PIM, LM, and LAM biosynthesis, transport, and dynamics in diverse mycobacterial organisms.
