生物活性 for Virodhamine

Endogenous cannabinoid receptor mixed agonist/antagonist found in higher concentrations peripherally than anandamide. Full agonist at GPR55 and CB2 and partial agonist/antagonist at CB1 (EC50 values are 12, 381 and 2920 nM at GPR55, CB2 and CB1 receptors respectively). Induces hypothermia in vivo.
