生物活性 for Ceralifimod

Ceralifimod is a highly potent and selective S1P1 and S1P5 agonist (EC50 values are 0.027 and 0.33 nM, respectively, in a cAMP assay). Ki values are 0.574, 0.626, 28.7 >5450 and >5630 nM for S1P5, S1P1, S1P4, S1P2, S1P3, respectively. Reduces peripheral lymphocyte count in a mouse EAE model. Orally bioavailable.
