Submit ReviewTissue Clearing Pro-Organoid is a solvent-based tissue clearing technique, comparable to BABB and DISCO. Tissue Clearing Pro-Organoid does not cause significant shrinkage or tissue damage and does not use as harsh a solvent as other solvent-based techniques. The Tissue Clearing Pro-Organoid Reagent is designed to be used with 3D cell culture models, in high-throughput applications on models less than 1 mm in thickness. Where imaging of cleared fluorescent protein or fixable fluorophore-labeled tissues is required, the Tissue Clearing Pro reagents can be used without permeabilization steps. The Tissue Clearing Pro-Organoid Reagent has a refractive index of 1.48 and approx. 15 mL is required for a whole 96-well plate of 3D cell culture models. If you have 3D cell culture models that are larger than 500 μm in diameter we would suggest using Tissue Clearing Pro Reagent 1 and 2 instead. Supplied as 1 x 30 mL vial.
