NR1 (Ser897), Anti-phospho-
Specificity and cross reactivity:
Recognises rat NR1 phosphorylated on serine 897 and
migrates at a band of ~ 120 kDa. Also recognises NR1 that is dually
phosphorylated on serine 896 and 897 and predicted to cross-react with mouse
and human homologues.
Immunogen:
Thyroglobulin conjugated synthetic peptide
([K]-FKRRRS(pS)KDTST) corresponding to amino acids 891-902 of rat precursor
NMDA receptor subunit 1 (Accession No. P35439) with a phosphorylated serine at
position 897, and a lysine added at the N-terminus of the peptide.
