Specificity and cross reactivity:

Recognises rat KA2 and migrates at a band of ~ 120 kDa. Also predicted to cross-react with mouse and human homologues.

Immunogen:

KLH conjugated synthetic peptide ([C]-TSPPRPRPGPTGPRELTEHE) corresponding to C-terminal amino acids 960-979 of rat precursor KA2 receptor (Accession No. Q63273) with a cysteine added at the N-terminus of the peptide. 50 μg of immunogen is provided with the antibody as a blocking peptide and can also be purchased separately (Cat. No. 2127).
