More Information »MEK (Mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase and MAP2K) is a kinase that phosphorylates mitogen activated protein kinases (MAPKs), ERK, p38 and JNK. There are seven MEK subtypes; MEK1 and 2 activate ERK, MEK3 and 4 activate p38 and MEK5 and 6 activate JNK.
