Thyrotropin-Releasing Hormone Receptors

More Information »Thyrotropin-releasing hormone (TRH) receptors are Gq/11-protein-coupled receptors that promote thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) and prolactin (PRL) release. Two TRH receptor subtypes, TRH1 and TRH2, have been identified in rats but only TRH1 has been found in humans.
