Biological Activity:
Slow, tight binding, potent and highly selective
inhibitor of inducible nitric-oxide synthase (Kd = 7 nM). Selective
over nNOS and eNOS (Ki values are 2 and 50 μM
respectively). Cell-permeable and active in vivo.
