Chemical Name:[[4-Chloro-6-[(2,3-dimethylphenyl)amino]-2-pyrimidinyl]
thio]acetic acid
Biological Activity:
Selective PPARα agonist (EC50
values are 0.63, 32 and > 100 μM at PPARα, PPARγ and PPARδ respectively). Negatively inhibits NF-κB transcriptional activity and decreases the inflammatory
response in vitro and in vivo.
