Biological Activity:
Potent chemokine CCR1 and CCR3 receptor
antagonist. Inhibits MIP-1α-induced
chemotaxis in CCR1 transfectants and eotaxin-induced chemotaxis in CCR3
transfectants (IC50 values are 9.57 and 93.8 nM respectively).
Antagonises CCR3-mediated entry of HIV-1 isolate 89.6 into NP-2 cells (IC50
= 57 nM). Isomer of J 113863 (Cat. No. 2595).
