Chemical Name:
1-[(2-Chlorophenyl)diphenylmethyl]-1H-pyrazole |
|
|
Biological Activity:
Highly selective inhibitor of intermediate
conductance Ca2+-activated K+ channels (IKCa1,
KCa3.1) (Kd = 20 nM). Exhibits 200-1500-fold selectivity
over KV, BKCa, SKCa, Na+, CRAC and
Cl- channels. Suppresses the reactivation of lymphocytes by
mitogenic stimuli.
