Non-pungent vanilloid TRPV1 (VR1) receptor
agonist (Ki = 3.1 μM) that
displays non-cooperative binding. Induces apoptosis via a non-VR1 mechanism in
Jurkat cells and causes vasoconstriction in vivo.
