Chemical Name: [(5a)-4,5-Epoxy-3,14-dihydroxy-17-(2-propenyl)morphinan -6-ylidene] benzoic acid hydrazide

Biological Activity:

Mixed opioid receptor agonist/antagonist. Acts as an agonist at κ3 and an antagonist at μ, δ and κ1 opioid receptors (pA2 values are 8.8, 7.8 and 7.8 respectively). Also acts as an antagonist at central and peripheral ORL1 receptors.
