Chemical Name: 6-[2-(4-Imidazolyl)ethylamino]-N-(4-trifluoromethylphen yl)heptanecarboxamide dimaleate

Biological Activity:

H1 and H2 receptor agonist. 4x104 times more active than histamine in H2-mediated effects in natural suppressor cells. It appears to increase intracellular Ca2+ in lymphocytes through a binding site other than H1, H2 or H3.
