HTMT dimaleate
Chemical Name:6-[2-(4-Imidazolyl)ethylamino]-N-(4-trifluoromethylphen
yl)heptanecarboxamide dimaleate
Biological Activity:
H1 and H2
receptor agonist. 4x104 times more active than histamine in H2-mediated
effects in natural suppressor cells. It appears to increase intracellular Ca2+
in lymphocytes through a binding site other than H1, H2
or H3.
