Chemical Name: 6-[2-(4-Imidazolyl)ethylamino]-N-(4-trifluoromethylphen yl)heptanecarboxamide dimaleate

Biological Activity:

H₁ and H₂ receptor agonist. 4x10⁴ times more active than histamine in H₂-mediated effects in natural suppressor cells. It appears to increase intracellular Ca²⁺ in lymphocytes through a binding site other than H₁, H₂ or H₃.
