Biological Activity:
Platelet-activating
factor (PAF) receptor antagonist (Ki = 1.3 μM). Inhibits neutrophil degranulation
and superoxide production in vitro and inhibits bronchoconstriction and is
neuroprotective following oral administration in vivo.
