Biological Activity:
Chemokine receptor 5 (CCR5) antagonist. Acts as a selective
antiviral entry inhibitor for R5 tropic HIV-1 strains. Blocks CCR5-mediated
monocyte chemotaxis and reduces microglia and astrocyte activation in a
