Chemical Name: O-(Octahydro-4,7-methano-1H-inden-5-yl) carbonopotassium dithioate

Biological Activity:

Selective competitive phosphatidyl choline-specific phospholipase C (PC-PLC) inhibitor (Ki = 6.4 μM); antiviral and antitumour agent. Suppresses LPS- and IFNγ-induced NO production (IC50 = 20 μg/ml) and blocks oxidative glutamate toxicity in nerve cells. Antioxidant in vivo.
