Chlorisondamine diiodide
Chemical Name:4,5,6,7-Tetrachloro-1,3-dihydro-2-methyl-2-[2-trimethyl
ammonium)ethyl]-2H-isoindolium diiodide
Biological Activity:
An exceptionally long lasting nicotinic antagonist (IC50
~ 1.6 μM); blockade of central nicotinic responses
induced by chlorisondamine can persist for several weeks.
