Biological Activity:
High affinity I2 ligand
(Ki = 9.8 nM). Putative I2 agonist; potentiates morphine
antinociception. Produces ipsiversive rotational behaviour in rats with a full
6-OHDA lesion of the nigrostriatal tract.
