D-Aspartic acid
Chemical Name:D-Aminosuccinic acid
Biological Activity:
Endogenous NMDA receptor agonist with similar activity to the L-isomer (0214). Also a
non-metabolizable substrate for EAA uptake systems. Modulates melatonin
synthesis in the pineal gland.
