Other Information:

Chemical Name: 4-[(1R,6R)-3-Methyl-6-(1-methylethenyl)-2-cyclohexen-1- yl]-5-pentyl-1,3-benzenediol

Biological Activity:

Neurobehaviorally inactive cannabinoid that acts as a selective agonist for an as-yet unidentified endothelial receptor for anandamide. Does not bind to CB1 receptors, yet causes an SR141716A-sensitive vasodilation which is unaffected by blockade of NOS, COX or vanilloid receptors. Increases phosphorylation of protein kinases in, and migration of, human umbilical vein endothelial cells.
