Tocris are looking to recruit a customer service representative to join our customer service team in Bristol, Southwest England.
With a fast expanding product range, Tocris is firmly established as a leading global supplier of life science research chemicals and custom chemistry services to university and pharmaceutical company customers worldwide.
The role will encompass a variety of tasks to include: order processing and associated after-sales responsibilities; handling queries and complaints through to resolution; building customer relationships and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.
Overall you will deliver excellent customer service and exceed customer expectations.
