Biological ActivityAmphiphilic G protein activator peptide that binds to Gi and Go. Also binds with high affinity to calmodulin (Kd ~ 0.9 nM) and inhibits sarcoplasmic reticulum Ca2+-ATPase (Ki = 4.4 mM).
