Biological Activity
Irreversible inhibitor of TNF-α-stimulated IκBα phosphorylation (IC50 ~ 10 μM); leads to decreased NF-κB and subsequent decreased expression of adhesion molecules. Also reversibly activates MAP kinases and stimulates apoptosis. Anti-inflammatory in vivo.Certificate of Analysis / Safety Data Sheet
