Chemical Name: 1-[(2-Chlorophenyl)diphenylmethyl]-1H-pyrazole |
Biological Activity
Highly selective blocker of intermediate conductance Ca2+-activated K+ channels (KCa3.1) (Kd = 20 nM). Exhibits 200-1500-fold selectivity over KV, BKCa, KCa2, Na+, CRAC and Cl- channels. Suppresses the reactivation of lymphocytes by mitogenic stimuli.Certificate of Analysis / Safety Data Sheet
