Biological Activity

Potent inhibitor of fatty acid amide hydrolase (FAAH) (IC50 <10 nM). Inhibits both human and mouse FAAH enzymes; also inhibits mouse and human MAGL at higher concentrations (IC50 values are 410 nM and 1.4 μM respectively). Also displays inhibitory activity against FAAH, MAGL and ABHD6 in vivo.
