Biological Activity

Allosteric inhibitor of Bcr-abl tyrosine kinase activity (IC₅₀ = 267 nM); inhibits proliferation and induces apoptosis in Bcr-abl-expressing cells. Selective for Bcr-abl over a panel of serine, threonine and tyrosine kinases. Non-ATP-competitive.
