Biological Activity
Cationic porphyrin; inhibits human telomerase. Stacks with G tetrads to stabilize quadruplex DNA. Inhibits cell proliferation and induces cell death in three myeloma cell lines. Activity results in telomere shortening at concentrations between 1 and 5 μM.Certificate of Analysis / Safety Data Sheet
