Biological Activity
Non-competitive NMDA receptor antagonist (IC50 = 0.4 μM). Inhibits Ca2+ influx and glutamate-induced toxicity in central nervous system neurons. Exhibits age-dependent physiological effects; induces a sleep-like state in young mice and hyperactivity in older mice.Licensing Information
