Biological Activity
Orally active α-glucosidase I and II and ceramide-specific glycosyltransferase inhibitor. Rescues trafficking-deficient F508del-CTFR in human airway epithelial cells via inhibition of ER α-glucosidases I and II. Also has broad spectrum antiviral activity.Technical Data
