Shipping Charges From Tocris
Customers in USA, Canada, Mexico and Central/South America
Orders are normally shipped the day they are received, for delivery the next business day. If you are a new customer there may be a short delay to shipping times whilst necessary security checks are carried out. Our team will keep you informed throughout this process and you will not be charged until your order is fulfilled.

Please note that shipping times and charges may differ for non standard items which include DEA restricted products, products classified with UN Numbers, Tocris antibodies (or other temperature sensitive materials) and Jena Bioscience products. Please see below for details.
Non Standard Items and Charges
DEA Restricted Products
Orders containing DEA restricted products carry an additional $30 administration fee and shipping times may differ. Customers will be notified prior to dispatch. Customers in Canada, Mexico and Central/South America wishing to purchase DEA restricted products are requested to email for assistance in ordering DEA restricted products as these goods may only be exported from our UK office and costs, license, and permit requirements vary.
UN Number Products
Orders containing products classified with a UN number carry an additional $10 dangerous goods fee.
Antibody Shipping Charges
Orders containing one or more Tocris antibodies will incur a $20.00 additional shipping charge to cover special processing, shipping and packaging with ice packs.
Jena Bioscience Products
The following shipping times and charges (from Tocris Bioscience, USA) replace Tocris' standard shipping charges for all orders containing one or more Jena Bioscience products. If your order contains both Tocris and Jena products, the Tocris product(s) will be part-shipped at no additional cost, unless you are based in Mexico or Central/South America as these countries are freight collect only and all charges will be to the recipient.

Orders for Home Office controlled substances will incur an administration fee of up to the value of £15 / €18 to cover license expenses and shipping times may differ. Customers will be notified prior to dispatch.
