More Information »Serotonin 5-HT1B receptors, previously known as 5-HT1D receptors, are primarily located in the basal ganglia, striatum, hippocampus and vascular smooth muscle. 5-HT1B receptors play a role in thermoregulation, respiration, appetite control, sexual behavior and aggression.
