More Information »Imidazoline 3 receptors (I3) are members of the imidazoline receptor family, which also include I1 (labeled by clonidine) and I2 (labeled by idazoxan). I3 receptors are located in the pancreatic β-cells and are able to stimulate insulin secretion in a glucose-dependent manner.
