More Information »ITK (IL-2-inducible T-cell kinase) is a member of the Tec family of nonreceptor tyrosine kinases that are critically important for the growth, differentiation and activation of myeloid-, mast- and B-cells. ITK has a critical role in T-cell growth, signaling and function.
