More Information »PFKFB3 (6-phosphofructo-2-kinase/fructose-2,6-bisphosphatase-3) is an enzyme with a significant role in glycolysis regulation in rapidly dividing cells, including in cancer and during development. It is present in a wide variety of tissues and is activated under hypoxic conditions.
