More Information »Apoptosis signal-regulated kinase 1 (ASK1) is a serine/threonine kinase, MAP3K family member, which induces apoptosis through the activation of JNK and p38. ASK1 has been implicated in the pathology of neurodegenerative and oxidative stress-related diseases.
