More Information »Deubiquitinating enzymes (DUBs) are a group of proteases that catalyze the cleavage of protein-ubiquitin bonds. By removing these modifications, DUBs counteract the activity of ubiquitin ligases, which add ubiquitin molecules to target proteins.
