Histone Demethylases

More Information »Histone demethylases (KDMs) are a family of enzymes that catalyze the removal of methyl groups from lysine and arginine residues on histone tails. They reverse the methylation of lysine and arginine residues that is catalyzed by histone methyltransferases.
