More Information »Leukotriene A4 hydrolase, (LTA4 hydrolase, LTA4H) is a zinc-dependent epoxide hydrolase which hydrolyzes LTA4 to form LTB4 during leukotriene biosynthesis. The enzyme is the only member of the leukotriene biosynthetic pathway which is mainly cytoplasmic.
