More Information »Ribonucleotide Reductases (RNRs) are iron-dependent reductase enzymes that catalyze the rate-limiting step of de novo deoxynucleotide (dNTP) synthesis. Ribonucleotide reductase is composed of two subunits; RNR1 and RNR2, which form heterodimeric tetramers.
