More Information »Carboxypeptidases are a group of enzymes that cleave amino acids from the C'-terminal of proteins and peptides by hydrolysis. There are three subgroups; serine-type carboxypeptidases, metallocarboxypeptidases, and cysteine-type carboxypeptidases.
