More Information »Hydroxylases are enzymes that catalyze the addition of hydroxyl groups to substrates during oxidation reactions. This diverse group of enzymes includes tryptophan hydroxylase (E.C. 1.14.16.4), steroid 11-β hydroxylase (E.C. 1.14.15.4), and LTB4 ω-hydroxylase (E.C. 1.14.13.30).
