G-Protein antagonist peptide
Cat. No. 1931
Alternative Name: GPAnt-2
Biological ActivitySubstance P-related peptide that inhibits binding of G proteins to their receptors. Competitively and reversibly inhibits M2 muscarinic receptor activation of Gi or Go and inhibits Gs activation by β-adrenoceptors.
(Modifications: X = Glp, Trp-3 = Trp-5 = Trp-6 = D-Trp, Met-7 = C-terminal amide)
